Founded by Jason and Lee Thomas, a husband and wife team, the business specializes in designing and selling high-quality, solid wood furniture, handmade locally. Our Approach

At American Pie, we believe that every piece of wood has a story to tell. That's why we work closely with local lumber yards, demolition crews, and even abandoned barns and industrial buildings to source the most interesting and beautiful wood for our furniture. Unlike large-scale manufacturers who often discard nature's "imperfections, " we embrace these unique features as the defining elements of our products. The result is a one-of-a-kind piece, imbued with character and ready to become a cherished part of your home.

Our custom furniture is handcrafted in-house by skilled carpenters who bring years of experience and care to their work. We are dedicated to building furniture that can be passed down for generations, with the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. Our Story

American Pie has its roots in American Pie Antiques, a well-established business that successfully offered Jason's furniture line. Noticing the popularity of his designs among customers, Jason and Lee saw an opportunity to expand and officially took ownership of the store in November 2016. The American Pie store now carries a wide range of artisan home decor items and gifts, along with Jason Thomas Designs furniture line.

We are proud to provide our customers with handcrafted, unique, high-quality items that will last in their homes for generations. Our store in Waynesville, Ohio, is a welcoming space where customers can explore our collection and find the perfect piece to suit their style and needs.
