Our Story

Our journey began in 1987 when Brian O. Gaffin, the sole owner of the practice, embarked on his architectural career. His passion for architecture was ignited at the tender age of eleven, when he watched his father design and draw their new home on Lake Granbury. As he grew older, Brian's fascination with the built environment only deepened, leading him to pursue a professional degree in architecture from Texas Tech University. After gaining valuable experience in Austin, Brian returned to his hometown of Granbury to start his own design-build company.
