What's New at Bisbev

Bisbee Beverage Pizza and Dylan's Bistro has recently undergone some exciting changes. We have a brand new dining room that is perfect for relaxing and enjoying a meal with friends and family. Our Liquor Store has expanded to a new location, and now includes gasoline just down the road. Gas and Liquor is now located at 851 Highway 92, and is open Monday-Friday from 7AM - 9PM.

A Tradition of Great Food and Friendly Service

Deb Linden is the fourth generation of her family to run a family restaurant. In 1941, her great grandmother opened Casa de Los Rios in her adobe home in San Juan Capistrano to help feed her children and grandchildren. Many of her recipes are still used in our kitchen today. Deb's Aunt Dorothy would sing to the customers, and her Mom Joannie would put nickels in the Juke box. Today, everyone at Bisbev is proud to continue the tradition that was begun so long ago. Our restaurant is just as fun and friendly as the first one, and offers seating for 30. We cater events both large and small, and would be happy to help you plan your next event.
