Services
Basement Waterproofing
Our comprehensive waterproofing solutions address existing water intrusion and prevent future foundation damage. We assess each property's unique drainage patterns to implement effective exterior waterproofing membranes, interior drainage systems, and grading solutions. Our techniques protect structural integrity while maintaining aesthetic continuity with original construction materials.
Foundation Repair
We diagnose foundation failures through detailed inspections and soil analysis. Our repair methods include piering systems, wall anchors, and carbon fiber reinforcement that restore structural stability. All repairs comply with current Wisconsin building codes while preserving historical elements where applicable.
Mortar Matched Restoration
Specializing in Cream City Brick restoration, we create exact mortar matches for Racine's historic structures. Our masons analyze original mortar composition and aging characteristics to ensure seamless repairs that maintain architectural authenticity for both residential and commercial buildings.
Chimney Rebuilds
We repair and reconstruct chimneys affected by water damage or structural failure. Our services include crown replacement, flue tile installation, and complete chimney rebuilding using materials matching original construction. We address both functional safety and aesthetic continuity.
Entertainment Patios
Custom-designed stone and brick patios enhance outdoor living spaces with durable, weather-resistant surfaces. We integrate fireplaces, gas grill surrounds, and barbecue stations into cohesive designs that complement home architecture while meeting safety standards.
