Our Professional Staff

At Accelerated Physical Therapy, our staff includes experienced physical therapists, office managers, and support staff dedicated to providing exceptional care.

Tracy M. Law, MPT, is a co-owner of APT and a native of Americus. He has over 20 years of experience in physical therapy and specializes in Postural Restoration, McKenzie Method of Rehabilitation, and Sport Specific Rehabilitation. Tracy is very involved in the community, serving as a Chamber of Commerce Chairman and providing care for athletes at Southland Academy. He enjoys singing in the choir at First Baptist Church in Americus with his wife, Lisa, and their twin boys, Luke and Landon.

Alex G. Saratsiotis, MPT, is a co-owner of APT and a native of Americus. He received a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Georgia Southwestern State University in 1998 and a Master of Physical Therapy from the Medical College of Georgia in 2000. Alex specializes in sports rehabilitation and has attended several courses on the McKenzie Method of Rehabilitation and Postural Mechanics. He is very involved in the community, serving as chairmen of the One Sumter Foundation and for many years on the Sumter County Developmental Authority. Alex and his wife, Mandi, are the proud parents of Mary Katherine, Isabelle, and Caroline.

Ben Smerglia, Front Desk Coordinator, though born and raised in Cleveland, OH, has lived in the South for most of his life. Ben has been proud to call Americus, GA his home for several years. He serves as our Front Desk Coordinator, ensuring a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for all our patients.
