Founded in 2016 by lifelong friends Michael Crooks and Erik Dutcher, Sarcastic Swine began as a catering service, bringing Texas-inspired BBQ to private events. The duo's infectious love for all things barbecue and their commitment to quality soon garnered them a loyal following.

Taking the next step, Sarcastic Swine BBQ officially opened its doors in 2019, offering the South Shore a taste of authentic, high-quality BBQ in a casual, welcoming setting.
