Our team consists of professionals with a wealth of experience in various fields. Our President, Bill Avery, founded the firm in 1981 and has directed it as a Labor Relations and Executive Search consultancy. He has served as a chief negotiator, trainer, and representative in grievance and disciplinary matters. Bill has also held positions as a City Manager and Assistant City Manager, and has lectured at prestigious universities such as De Anza College, San Jose State University, and Stanford University.

We have a strong track record of success, and we have expanded our focus to include increased emphasis on not-for-profit and private sector search. We have added proven industry professionals with expertise in these areas to our team, including Paul Kimura, who has been an integral part of our team.
