Our Classes

Our classes are carefully crafted to cater to beginners and seasoned practitioners alike. Hot 26 is a series of 26 postures practiced in a heated room, ideal for introducing students to the physical and mental benefits of regular hot yoga practice. Expand 26 takes it to the next level, offering variations of each posture to curate a personalized experience. HIIT + Weights combines high-intensity interval training with hand weights to build strength and stamina. Vinyasa yoga is a playful, fun flow style class that links postures together with breath. Yoga Mix is a combination of our favorite yoga moves, strength, and core-building exercises.

Our instructors are trained to provide modifications and adjustments to ensure that every student feels supported and challenged.
