Services
Swedish Massage
This gentle, flowing massage uses light to medium pressure to increase blood and lymph circulation. Ideal for relaxation and stress relief, it helps improve overall wellness while preparing the body for deeper work if needed. Perfect for first-time massage clients seeking a soothing experience.
Deep Tissue Massage
Targeting chronic muscle tension with medium to deep pressure, this treatment addresses specific problem areas. Therapists work with client feedback to release knots and tightness in muscle and connective tissue. Particularly effective for those recovering from physical strain or seeking long-term pain relief through focused muscular therapy.
Hot Stone Massage
Heated basalt stones are strategically placed and used with therapist hands to melt away tension. The combination of warmth and massage promotes deep relaxation while easing muscle stiffness. This grounding treatment helps balance energy and relieve stress through therapeutic heat application.
Couples Massage
Enjoy synchronized massage treatments in a private couples room at no extra charge. This shared experience accommodates two clients with separate therapists at regularly listed prices. Ideal for celebrating special occasions or introducing partners to the benefits of professional massage therapy together.
Hydrotherapy Soak
Experience muscle relaxation and detoxification through our jetted hydrotherapy tub. Available with specialized blends for sports recovery, altitude adjustment, and digestive support, these 20-minute sessions use water therapy to complement massage treatments and enhance overall wellness outcomes.
