How long does a typical cleaning take?
Routine Cleaning takes 2-5 hours while Deep Cleaning averages 6-8 hours for 1500-3000 sq ft properties. Exact duration depends on space size and cleaning requirements.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept credit cards and ACH payments. Routine services use automatic monthly billing through Stripe, while one-time services require payment upon completion.
Are eco-friendly cleaning products available?
Yes, we offer Green Seal certified HOST dry cleaning system and other eco-friendly products upon request for both residential and commercial clients.
Do you provide services on holidays?
We operate most days but do not schedule appointments on New Year's Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or Christmas Day.
