Our journey began in 1960 when Charles (Chuck) Zeller and Francis (Fuzz) Herr founded Master Tire in a small one-bay garage. Disappointing Experience
Some customers have had a bad experience with Zellers. Mark Hauschild's wife had a slow leak in her tire, which was allegedly caused by metal in the tire. Despite this, the customer was told that her back brakes were unsafe and needed to be replaced, which turned out to be untrue. She was also cross-threaded and left with unchecked lugnuts.
Genuine Positive Experiences
On the other hand, many customers have had excellent experiences with Zellers. Misaligned Expectations
However, some customers have experienced issues with Zellers' service. Mark Basbas had his lug nuts over-torqued, and Ryan Ford had problems with the quality of the work done on his vehicle, including a botched radiator replacement and a seized engine due to a lack of oil.
