Founded by Ray Urias, a U.S. Army veteran and experienced machinist, we began operations with New Britain screw machines and have evolved into a modern facility equipped with advanced Mazak and Star CNC lathes. Our commitment to excellence has remained constant through ownership transitions, including stewardship by Ray's wife Nanci Urias and current owner Jay MacDonald, who brings over 15 years of hands-on machining expertise. Located in Grants Pass, Oregon, we leverage our 40+ years of production experience to serve diverse industries with precision components made in the USA. Our facility specializes in both small-batch and large-scale production of complex parts, supported by state-of-the-art equipment including multi-axis turning centers with live tooling capabilities.
