Precision Screw Manufacturing

Precision CNC Products is a fully equipped CNC turning shop located in Grants Pass, Oregon. Our company first got its start in 1978 when opened by its founder Ray Urias, an experienced machinist and veteran of the U.S. Army. At the time of its founding, the business was composed of New Britain screw machines. Now, after over 40 years of production, our company utilizes both Mazak and Star CNC lathes to produce high-quality parts made in the USA. We have been located in the beautiful Rogue Valley for over 15 years. In 2005, Ray moved the business from Eugene to Grants Pass, Oregon, which offers a great place to work, live, and recreate.

Our Capabilities

We are equipped with a range of CNC machines including Mazak Super Quick Turn 10 and 18, and Star SB-16 and SR-32. These machines enable us to manufacture parts from simple to complex, and we can handle production runs of any size. Our Mazak machines are designed for high-speed turning and are equipped with features like tailstock and live tooling. Our Star machines, specifically the SB-16 and SR-32, are Swiss type turning centers, ideal for producing small to medium-sized parts with intricate details. They are equipped with live tooling, sub-spindle, and bar feeders.
