Our Journey

Our story began in 1975 when Richard and Mary Sedam opened their first shop in Big Stone Gap, Virginia. Their son, Charlie, learned the art of glass cutting at a young age and developed a passion for the industry. In 2010, Charlie and his wife Beth established Tri-City Custom Glass in Johnson City, Tennessee, further expanding their services.
