Services
CNC Milling
Our CNC milling capabilities handle complex geometries with 3- and 5-axis machines. We work with materials up to 70Rc hardness, maintaining tolerances within 0.0001 inches. This service supports aerospace turbine components and defense industry parts requiring extreme precision.
CNC Turning
We produce turned components up to 31" diameter using advanced Swiss-type and CNC lathes. Our capabilities include threading, grooving, and contouring for shafts, bushings, and engine components used in critical applications across multiple industries.
Wire EDM
Our wire EDM services cut complex shapes in conductive materials without tool pressure. This non-contact process handles hardened metals up to 15" thick with tight tolerances, ideal for aerospace turbine blades and precision tooling.
Material Processing
We specialize in machining exotic alloys including titanium, Inconel, and Nimonic. Our expertise extends to precipitation-hardened stainless steels and tool steels, with processes developed for optimal tool life and dimensional stability.
Prototype Development
From legacy drawings or digital models, we create functional prototypes for testing. Our engineers collaborate on design optimization while maintaining strict compliance with AS9100 quality standards for aerospace applications.
