Our story began in 1999 when our founder, Renee McClure, encountered difficulty finding a flexible caterer that could offer fusion cuisine for her own wedding. This experience sparked a vision to create a catering company that would provide not only delicious food but also unparalleled service and attention to detail. Today, Renee acts as a consultant for Elite, lending her expertise when needed.

Our Team

At Elite Catering, we believe that our team is our greatest asset. Our staff is comprised of dedicated professionals who share our passion for exceptional service and culinary excellence. Our team includes individuals with diverse backgrounds and expertise. For instance, Jennifer, who joined the company in 2009, brings her background as an Interior Designer to the table, providing an unmatched eye for detail that enhances the overall aesthetic of our events. Antwaun, who started as a part-time employee in 2004, has worked his way up to become a leader in our operations team, thanks to his vast knowledge of "The Elite Way" and his caring nature.

We also have a strong support system of 28 full-time staff members and over 75 part-time employees who are thoroughly trained to handle even the busiest of days. We require all our staff to pass a Federal Background check upon hiring and provide them with extensive on-line training paired with a 3-day, on-site training program to acclimate them to our processes and procedures.
