Gargano Family Dentistry is a well-established dental practice located in North Haven, Connecticut. Our goal is to provide high-quality dental care while building long-lasting relationships with our patients. Dr. Joseph Gargano has been practicing dentistry in North Haven, Connecticut since 1980. He received his DMD degree from the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine, where he received the Academy of General Dentistry Dental Student Award and the American Academy of Oral Pathology Dental Student Award. Dr. Gargano is an adjunct clinical faculty member at the UConn School of Dental Medicine and was also President of the Dental Alumni Association board. He is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry, the American Dental Association, the CT State Dental Association, and the New Haven Dental Association.

Dr. Gargano's commitment to dental wellness extends beyond the office, as he serves as a dental consultant to the North Haven Community Day Care Center and several area extended care facilities. He also participates in foreign dental mission work in Guayaquil, Ecuador, and is a participant in the CT Mission of Mercy held annually at various locations across Connecticut.

Dr. Theodore "Ted" Gargano earned his B.S. degree in psychology from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee, and continued his education at the University of Connecticut, where he received his DMD degree. He completed his residency in general dentistry at Denver Health Center. Dr. Ted is an active member of the American Dental Association, the CT State Dental Association, and the New Haven Dental Society.

Dr. Ted is committed to promoting oral health in the community and can often be seen speaking with area school children on the importance of oral hygiene. He participates in the Connecticut Mission of Mercy Dental Clinic and travels annually to Guayaquil, Ecuador, to provide dental services to the underserved. In his spare time, Dr. Ted enjoys hobbies that challenge his craftsmanship and loves cooking on the weekends for his family and friends.
