Delivery, Pickup, and Payment Information

We strive to make the party rental process as seamless as possible. Delivery fees depend on your location and start at just $3.50 per mile. If you prefer to pick up your order, you can do so on the Saturday before your event. Please note that we are closed on Sundays and require all payments to be made in cash at the time of delivery. Photo ID is required for pickup, and we kindly ask that you bring assistance to load the items.

We also offer a generous cancellation policy. Should you need to cancel your order, simply let us know 14 days prior to the event date, and we will refund your deposit. In case of bad weather, we will gladly reschedule your event within one month of the original date at no additional cost.
