Our Journey

Our story began with Kathleen Nevill, a woman who found her calling in the world of jewelry. After pursuing a career in counseling and experiencing a world of travel and discovery, she returned to her hometown of Charlottesville and found her true passion in bench jewelry. Eventually, she found herself managing one of the top jewelry stores in town, honing her skills and knowledge of the trade. Meeting Carter, her future partner, sparked a new chapter in her journey. Together, they shared a vision of creating a boutique that offered a personalized and curated experience, a place where customers could discover something truly special.

Carter, a graduate of the University of Virginia, brought a unique perspective to the business. With his background in English Literature and Women's Studies, he possessed a deep appreciation for the power of storytelling and the beauty of details.

A decade spent honing his craft at a renowned wine restaurant in Charlottesville nurtured a passion for fine dining and ingredients. He embraces culinary creativity and exploration, finding inspiration in diverse flavors and textures.

Together, Kathleen and Carter's complementary skills and shared passion for quality and artistry created the foundation for our unique boutique.
