Aikido

We also offer Martial Arts instruction in Aikido, which is a holistic practice that combines physical exercise with spiritual and philosophical guidance.

Our team is led by David Bock, C. Ac., Dipl. OM, FABORM, a nationally certified acupuncturist and herbalist with extensive training in traditional Chinese medicine.
