Problems with Helmet Purchase
James Hill purchased a Schuberth C5 helmet but found it too tight. Despite trying to exchange or return it, the store policy did not allow for refunds or exchanges. He criticized the customer support as not helpful.
Excellent Customer Service
Several reviewers praised the excellent customer service they received at Cascade Moto. Disappointing Experience
Scot Jones experienced some issues with his motorcycle purchase, including the lack of certain accessories and difficulty contacting the dealership for support. Tito Williams was disappointed to find that the store did not have adequate gear for women and that the prices were high.
Mechanical Issues
Stephen Cook had a mechanical issue with his motorcycle and was able to get it repaired at Cascade Moto. He praised the staff for their willingness to help and go above and beyond.
