How do I book services with CV PETS?

What types of pets do you care for?
We care for dogs, cats, birds, reptiles, horses, and exotic pets. Our sitters follow specific care instructions while ensuring safety for both pets and caregivers.
What happens during a meet and greet?
The initial 45-minute consultation covers pet routines, home access, and care expectations. Additional meetings cost $15 per 30 minutes for detailed training or introductions.
What are your cancellation policies?
Policies vary by service: 24-72 hour notice required for most services. Overnight stays require 5-day notice. Fees range from 0-100% depending on cancellation timing.
How are your pet sitters trained?
Our rigorous process includes background checks, shadow days, and company orientation. All sitters receive training in animal care, safety protocols, and client communication.
Do you provide medication administration?
We administer pills and supplements at no extra charge. Specialized medications require additional training sessions with sitters for proper handling and safety.
