• Complex Assignments: We specialize in handling complex assignments, such as view homes, converted garages, guest houses, and excess acreage.
• Date of Death Appraisals: We offer retrospective appraisals for private parties and are approved by at least 50 lenders and AMCs.
• Rent Survey: We provide rent surveys for multi-family properties.
• Desktop Appraisal: We use owner-provided photos or MLS photos to create a desktop appraisal report.
• Complex Assignment (add $100): We provide an additional $100 for complex assignments, such as converted garages, non-permitted bonus rooms, multi-million-dollar homes, and large lots.
