Your share savings account represents your membership in the credit union. There is a $25.00 minimum share account balance required to be a member of S.C.I. FCU. Share Checking

S.C.I. FCU truly offers "FREE" checking! NO MINIMUM BALANCE, NO SERVICE CHARGE, and NO MONTHLY FEES. At S.C.I. FCU, we believe that checking accounts should be free and accessible to everyone. Direct Deposit is easy, fast and convenient. There are two forms of Direct Deposit: Direct Deposit of your NET pay from WestRock Direct Deposit from outside employers and government agencies. With direct deposit, you can have your paycheck or benefits check deposited directly into your account, eliminating the need for trips to the ATM or worries about lost or stolen checks. Plus, with direct deposit, you can access your funds as soon as they are deposited, giving you peace of mind and financial flexibility.

Overdraft Protection

We offer Overdraft Protection on your checking account in two ways: From you savings account or other owned account(s). Courtesy Pay. (Up to $500.00) (Fees and restrictions apply-Call for details) Overdraft protection can give you peace of mind knowing that your account will not be overdrawn, even if you forget to transfer funds or miscalculate your account balance. With our overdraft protection services, you can enjoy the security of knowing that your account is protected, even in unexpected situations.

ATM/VISA Check Cards

For qualified members with checking accounts, this is one of our most popular products. There are no fees imposed by S.C.I. FCU for this card that works both as an ATM card and a debit card!
