Who We Are
At Shotgun House Coffee Roasters, we're a team of passionate coffee enthusiasts dedicated to crafting the perfect cup. Our journey began in San Antonio, where our roastery is nestled in the heart of Warehouse 5 - a historic sewing factory turned creative space. We're a specialty coffee shop and roastery, offering a variety of espresso drinks, craft beer, wine, breakfast tacos, and vegan cake donuts. But we didn't start on a grand scale; our story began with a humble passion for coffee.
Our Roasting Process
We take pride in our small-batch roasting process, carefully selecting each bean to bring out the unique flavors and aromas. Our San Francisco-style SF-25 roaster allows us to hand-roast our coffee beans, ensuring consistency and quality in every batch. From bean to brew, we're committed to delivering a cup that's not only delicious but also sustainable and environmentally responsible.
