Our journey began with Jim Ritchie, who founded the company in 1970. Over the years, we've been fortunate enough to work on a wide variety of projects, from custom residential framing to commercial building projects. Throughout our history, we've consistently maintained our commitment to quality, craftsmanship, and customer satisfaction. In 2014, Troy Ritchie joined the company, bringing with him a new generation of expertise and enthusiasm. Together, we continue to strive for excellence in every project we undertake.

How We Work

When you choose Ritchie Construction for your building or remodeling project, we'll start by reviewing your design and ideas to create a floor plan that fits your needs, budget, and expectations. From there, we'll obtain quotes from sub-contractors for all the materials needed to complete construction. We work with area sub-contractors who share our values and commitment to quality, including electricians, plumbers, heating and cooling specialists, drywall experts, painters, flooring specialists, and masonry experts.

Once we've finished quoting, we'll provide you with a turnkey price for your new home or project. We're very flexible throughout this process and will do as much, or as little, as you want us to. We'll communicate with you throughout the building process, from the initial meeting to the final cleanup. All questions will be answered, and any changes to the plans will be addressed in a timely and positive manner.
