Our Management Team

Our management team has over 100 years of combined experience in the construction industry. Each member has been involved in the hands-on portion of the business and is familiar with all facets of the industry as a whole. Our skills, knowledge, and fortitude to get the job done efficiently, on time, and within budget are the reasons for our long-standing relationships with several federal, state, and local government agencies in the Baltimore-Metropolitan area. Emmanuel Pikounis, our CEO/Treasurer, has over 50 years of experience and is the company founder. He specializes in mill-work and all phases of construction. John Pikounis, our President, has over 30 years of experience and holds a B.S. Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Maryland. He specializes in all phases of construction. George Pikounis, our Vice President/Corporate Secretary, has over 25 years of experience and specializes in all phases of construction.
