The Cafe Experience

Our Products

Sugar & Loaf specializes in artisan breads, pastries, and cakes. Our menu features items such as our famous Sugarloaf sourdough, English muffins, bagels, croissants, scones, cookies, and much more. We are constantly experimenting with new flavors and ingredients to keep our menu fresh and exciting. We also offer custom ordered special occasion cakes for weddings, birthdays, graduations, and any other special event.

Meet the Team

Our team is led by Chief Executive Baker, Phillip Pecora, a native of Sugarloaf and graduate of the Culinary Institute of America for Baking and Pastry Arts. Phillip is passionate about his craft and dedicated to creating products that bring the community together. He is joined by Pepe Levain, our sourdough culture, who is passionate about the hometown and loves meeting new people. Together, they strive to create a product that is more than just food, but an experience that nourishes both the body and the soul.

Community Involvement

At Sugar & Loaf, we believe in the importance of supporting our local community. We source our ingredients from local farmers and producers, and we also offer a space for them to sell their products. We are dedicated to being an integral part of the community and providing a warm and welcoming space for neighbors to gather and celebrate good food, great comradery, and a wonderful community.

Hours and Locations

Sugar & Loaf Bakery is located at 26 Pecora Road, Drums, PA, 18222. Our store front hours are Thursday and Friday from 7:30am to 2:00pm, and Saturday and Sunday from 8:30am to 2:00pm. We look forward to serving you soon!
