Our owner, Sue, brings expertise from her Penn State degree in Dairy & Animal Science, Certified Professional Pet Sitter (CPPS) certification, and experience in zoo education to every client interaction. Utilizing specialized management software, we maintain transparent communication and detailed visit records accessible 24/7, ensuring accountability and reliability.

Our commitment extends beyond pets to include complimentary home care services like mail collection and plant watering. Certified in Pet First Aid & CPR, we prioritize safety and preparedness while maintaining industry-standard affordability. Our team's deep understanding of animal behavior and routines allows us to create customized care plans that respect each pet's unique needs. By avoiding exposure to other animals and maintaining consistent feeding schedules, we reduce stress for pets and owners alike. Our 60-minute initial consultation ensures comprehensive understanding of each client's requirements before service delivery begins.
