Our founder, Tad Lent, grew up in the construction industry in Southern California. His family has built thousands of homes from Santa Barbara to San Diego, and he learned the wisdom of the trades from his grandfather, uncle, and father. Tad took to construction naturally and has been building and developing on his own for over two decades. His commitment to quality results and happy clients is unwavering, and he is proud to be an alumnus of San Diego State University.
