Whether you are here for short-term rehabilitation or long-term care, we are dedicated to making sure your stay with us is comfortable and fulfilling.

Long-Term Care

In addition to short-term rehabilitation, we provide Long Term care for residents who require more extensive support. Our Long Term care services include private and semi-private accommodations, transportation to and from most medical appointments, daily meals, and access to a range of social activities. We ensure that our residents always have an opportunity for social involvement, offering both group activities and individualized social opportunities based on their wishes.

Rehabilitation

At Greenbrier Nursing & Rehabilitation, we offer rehabilitation services designed to help patients recover from illness or injury. Our rehabilitation programs are tailored to meet the unique needs of each patient, providing a range of therapies and support services to ensure a smooth recovery. We also offer respite care for individuals who need temporary support, allowing their primary caregivers a much-needed break.
