Ryan and Kimberly report poor communication, lack of respect for residents' preferences, and unprofessional handling of issues. Kimberly specifically highlights the management's failure to resolve problems, including a dirty apartment, stained clothes, and a broken fridge. Dee Dee's experience was also marred by poor customer service and lack of resolution from the Leasing Office.
