Lucky Construction, Inc. was founded in 1987 by Steven W. Lucky as a commercial general maintenance contractor for one of the nation's largest convenience store corporations. Since its inception, the company has grown into a full-service commercial general contracting company, specializing in retail spaces, restaurants, and convenience stores. We specialize in a wide range of services, including new construction, remodels, roll-out programs, interior finish-outs, and consulting. Our services include consulting services for future development planning, complete upgrades and remodels of existing businesses with minimal disruption, and building new retail stores within unfinished lease spaces. We also offer project management, capital improvements such as parking lot replacements or upgrades to existing structures, repairs and upgrades to existing businesses, building alterations, conversions, or expansions, and ADA upgrades.

Project Highlights

Lucky Construction, Inc. has successfully completed numerous projects, including a record-breaking construction of a new 7-Eleven convenience store with 8 fuel pumps under a giant "T" canopy located in Hillsboro, Texas. This project showcases our ability to deliver complex construction projects efficiently and effectively. We take pride in our ability to work with real estate departments on lease and/or tenant issues for capital improvements and complete building re-imaginings and renovations.
