Our Services
At the Syracuse Antiques Exchange, we understand the importance of customer satisfaction. Therefore, we have established a few key policies to ensure that our customers have a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience.
Firstly, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns. We encourage our customers to carefully inspect items before making a purchase. All customer holds will be kept for 24 hours, expiring at the end of the next business day.
Additionally, purchased items can be held until scheduled pickup. Please see the front counter for further information on this service.
Selling Your Antiques
If you're looking to sell your antiques, we can help connect you with the right dealer. Our SELL ITEMS page allows you to upload images and provide details about the items you wish to sell. We then forward this information to our dealers who may be interested in purchasing your items. If you do not hear from a dealer within a week, we recommend exploring other avenues for sale, such as Facebook Marketplace, eBay, or Craigslist.
For appraisals, we recommend Bruce Block at the Antiques Underground. They can provide further details on their services, including estate appraisals, typically at an hourly rate.
