Collegeview Tower is wired for TimeWarner Cable, and the community room can be reserved for private events. Available units include one-bedroom units offering 750 square feet of living area, including a 180 square foot private terrace; one-bedroom king units offering almost 850 square feet of living area, including a 180 square foot private terrace; and two-bedroom units offering 1,160 square feet of living area, including a 100 square foot private terrace and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom suite has a large walk-in closet and private bathroom, while the second bedroom has a large closet and either northern or southern views. The second bathroom is also a full bathroom and serves as a guest bathroom.

Every apartment includes a washer/dryer, full kitchen with dishwasher, four-burner stove with oven and 18 cubic foot refrigerator, individually controlled air conditioning, hot water heater, and smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.

Collegeview Apartments

For those seeking a more affordable yet comfortable living option, Collegeview Apartments offer clean, economical living just off Raymond Avenue. Each two-story building has four apartments with large living/dining area and open kitchen featuring wood cabinets, an 18 cubic foot refrigerator, and four-burner electric stove. Heat and hot water are included in monthly rent, and laundry facilities are on the premises. The one-bedroom and one-bathroom apartments are approximately 500 square feet, while the two-bedroom and one-bathroom apartments are approximately 750 square feet. An open, well-lit parking area surrounds the building, and Collegeview Apartments are wired for Time Warner Cable.

Location & Neighborhood

Premier Living is located in the residential Arlington district of the Town of Poughkeepsie in New York. The buildings are adjacent to the Vassar College campus and a few steps to Raymond Avenue. Raymond Avenue is a lively part of town with many conveniences including restaurants, post office, banking, bookstore, cleaners, and coffee house. With very little traffic, this pedestrian-friendly area has a small-town feel.
