Our Team
Our team is comprised of experienced professionals with a combined 150 years of experience in consulting engineering. Our team members have worked on numerous projects, providing expertise in water and wastewater treatment, design, and construction. Our team includes Richard L. Morin, P.E., our President, who has over 25 years of experience in environmental projects. Our senior consultants, Mike Meyer and Ken L. DeLap II, have over 40 and 35 years of experience, respectively. We also have junior engineers and designers who are dedicated to learning and growing with the company.

Design Phase
We provide detailed drawings and specifications to ensure that our clients receive clear and concise information for the construction phase. Our goal is to minimize the use of contingency funds, which can be used to pay down loans or fund additional improvements.
Bidding Services
Our bidding services include the preparation of contract documents, reproduction of drawings, and attendance at bid openings to ensure that our clients receive the best bids for their projects.
Financial Services
We can assist in reviewing funding alternatives for projects and applying for funds from various agencies, including USDA Rural Development, Indiana Department of Commerce, and the State Revolving Loan Fund.
Construction Services
Our construction services include project observations to ensure that the project is installed in accordance with the design and specifications.
