Our Story

Our journey began in 1975 when Robert Olsen started his career in the HVAC industry while serving in the US Navy. Later, he attended Lincoln Tech to further his knowledge and skills. In 1984, Bob and Jane started Rowland Refrigeration, providing refrigeration services in the Wayne/Pike county area. Fast-forward to 1993, Scott Olsen began his training for his future career in HVAC. Finally, in 1998, Olsen Mechanical Inc was born, with Bob providing heating, AC, and hot water sales and service, while Jane managed the office and handled customer relations. Over the years, our company has grown, and we now have a team of experts dedicated to providing reliable and efficient HVAC solutions.
