Poor Customer Experience and Ineffective Service

Multiple customers have expressed frustration and dissatisfaction with Vector Security's service. One customer's store alarm malfunctioned, causing disruptions and police visits, and despite multiple calls, the issue remained unresolved. Another customer was forced to pay for their security system during a military deployment, despite not needing the service, and felt that the company showed no appreciation for their military service.

Equipment Issues and Inefficiencies

Some customers have reported issues with their equipment, including non-functional systems and outdated technology. In one instance, a customer was installed with a driveway alert system, but the equipment was large, old, and cheaply made.

Unreliable and Unhelpful Customer Service
