Meet Our Team

*Brad Allen, President and Co-Owner*: Born and raised in Sallisaw, Brad is a third-generation member of the Allen family in Sequoyah County. He graduated from Northeastern State University in 1995 and has practiced law in eastern Oklahoma, specializing in real estate law since then. Brad is a member of the Cherokee Nation and resides on the family farm in Northwestern Sequoyah County with his wife and three children.

*Linda Rutherford, Closing Department Head*: Linda has been with Valley Land Title Company since 2005 and currently leads our Closing Department. She and her husband Eddie have three daughters and five grandchildren.

*Linda McClanahan, Title Insurance Department Head*: Linda has worked at Valley Land Title Company since 1995. She is a licensed abstractor, a licensed title insurance agent, and heads our Title Insurance Department. Linda and her husband Gary have been married for thirty-five years and have one daughter and two grandchildren.

*Sarah Garcia, Abstractor and Title Insurance Agent*: Sarah has been with Valley Land Title Company since 2008. She is a licensed abstractor and title insurance agent and has worked in the abstracting industry since 2003. Sarah, her husband David, and their son live in rural Sequoyah County.

*Melva Parish, CPA and Closing*: Melva has lived in Sequoyah County her entire life. She serves as Valley's accountant and joined the Closing Department in 2012. She and her family reside in the Akins area and raise beef cattle.

*Becky Toney, Abstractor*: Becky has worked at Valley Land Title Company since 1991. She is a licensed abstractor and currently heads our Abstracting Department.
