Founder's Journey
Our founder, Sheila Sclafani-Cook, has been on a path of spiritual exploration for nearly her entire life. With a deep connection to Spirit and the energy around her, Sheila has been drawn to various spiritual paths throughout her life. As a Reiki Master, Sheila is dedicated to her craft and has been working with Reiki energy since 2008.
