Our Story

Our journey began in 1995 when our founder, Ron Cuny, built his family's first home. This passion for building soon turned into a career, and in 1999, Ron and his wife, Amy, founded ARK Builders. Over the years, we have remained committed to building strong relationships with our clients and the community. We are a true team, with Ron, Amy, Andrew, and Kelsey all contributing to the company in various capacities. This family involvement ensures that every project is treated with care and dedication.

Meet Our Team

Ron Cuny, our owner and builder, is a lifelong resident of Mobile, Alabama, with an AS in Computer Science. His passion for building began in 1991, and he has since led ARK Builders as its president. Amy Cuny, our owner and manager, is also a lifelong resident and has been involved in the company since its inception. She brings a keen eye for design and decorating to every project. Together, we are dedicated to building homes that not only meet but exceed our clients' expectations.
