At Argosy Book Store, we're proud to be a family-owned business, now in its third generation of ownership. We've been in the book business for over 90 years, and our enormous stock of antiquarian and out-of-print items fills a six-floor building in midtown Manhattan and a large warehouse in Brooklyn. Our extensive collection includes rare and unusual books, manuscripts, maps, prints, and autographs in every field of interest.

We specialize in Americana, modern first editions, autographs, art, photography, and antique maps & prints. We also have thousands of books in all other fields of interest. As founding members of the Antiquarian Booksellers Association of America (ABAA) and members of the International League of Antiquarian Booksellers (ILAB-LILA), we're committed to upholding the highest standards of quality and integrity in the book trade.
