Inspection Pricing

For residential inspections, prices start at $300 for properties up to 999 square feet and go up to $625 for properties over 3000 square feet. For condominium inspections, prices begin at $300 for properties up to 499 square feet and reach up to $450 for properties over 2000 square feet. Additional services like travel-adds and re-inspections are also available upon request.
