At East Lyme Psychological Associates, we are dedicated to enhancing the emotional wellness of individuals across all age groups. Our multidisciplinary practice has been serving the community for over twenty-five years, providing a comprehensive range of services tailored to meet the unique needs of children, adolescents, adults, and elders.

Our team of licensed professionals includes a psychologist and eight psychotherapists, one of whom is also an art therapist. We take pride in our ability to offer assessment and treatment options for every stage of life, from infancy to old age. Our services extend beyond individual therapy sessions, encompassing couples, families, and groups, as well as educational workshops designed for both consumers and mental health providers.

We believe in the importance of collaboration and work closely with school systems, EAP programs, court personnel, and other mental health providers to ensure that our clients receive the best possible care. Our comfortable offices are conveniently located at 29 Chesterfield Road in East Lyme, providing a welcoming environment for all who seek our services.

Meet Our Professionals

Our team of dedicated professionals includes:

  • Nancy Randall, PsyD.: Dr. Randall is a licensed psychologist who specializes in psychological evaluation. She has extensive experience in evaluating both children and adults, and works closely with juvenile and probate courts to provide parenting assessments and assistance in planning for all family members. Dr. Randall also provides comprehensive cognitive and personality assessments to identify emotional and psychological factors affecting school difficulties, relationship problems, and personal growth. She is an adoption competent clinician with expertise in adoption issues for children, families, and adult adoptees struggling with adoption-related issues.
  • Kim Shepardson-Watson, LCSW: Ms. Shepardson-Watson is a licensed clinical social worker with over 20 years of experience in southeastern Connecticut. She specializes in the issues of young children, providing diagnosis and treatment of social/emotional challenges from birth to age 6. Kim works with families with young children and youth, providing an approach that not only helps strengthen the child but also the family as a whole. She also works with adults, providing support on issues such as depression, divorce, anxiety, and other life span challenges. Kim is an adoption competent therapist with expertise in working with children, families, and adult adoptees struggling with adoption-related issues.
  • Patricia Martin, LPC: Ms. Martin is a licensed professional counselor with over 30 years of experience in working with adolescents, adults, and families. She works with those who are struggling with relationship issues, depression, and anxiety, or working to maintain their recovery.
  • Karen Viggiani, LPC, ATR, NCC: Ms. Viggiani is a licensed professional counselor, a registered art therapist, and a nationally certified counselor. She works with children, adolescents, young adults, and families struggling with a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, PTSD, divorce, social skills, bipolar, grief and loss, self-esteem, as well as cutting, self-injurious, and/or acting out behaviors. Karen also has extensive experience in treating individuals and families who have experienced loss or trauma, including physical, emotional, and sexual abuse.
  • Faith Marrion, LCSW: Ms. Marrion is a licensed clinical social worker who has been practicing for over twenty-five years. She works with clients of all ages and has significant experience with helping adolescents and adults across the age spectrum. Faith also has been working with people struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma. Another area of experience for Faith is helping families work with schools to provide a coordinated approach to ensuring a child can work to his or her potential.
  • Kristin Baker-Kiczuk, LCSW: Ms. Baker-Kiczuk is a licensed clinical social worker who specializes in cognitive behavioral therapy. Kristin received her Bachelor of Social Work degree from Eastern Connecticut State University and her Master of Social Work degree from the University of Connecticut.

  • Forensic Services: Dr. Randall provides forensic psychology services, including parenting assessments and assistance in planning for all family members, as well as psychological evaluations for security screening and Fitness For Duty evaluations.
