Our practice was founded in 1987 by Drs. Joan Seet and Francis Carrington. Dr. Ian Iwane joined the practice in 2014, continuing the tradition of excellence and patient-centered care. Our office is located in the heart of El Cerrito, with convenient parking and wheelchair accessibility.
