Our Story
We founded KIC Restoration with a vision to change the restoration industry by providing transparency, professionalism, and supreme customer service. Our founders had personal experiences with subpar contractors who lacked professionalism, responsiveness, and transparency. We decided to create a company that would provide an alternative to those subpar services. Our commitment to excellence has earned us a reputation for being one of the top restoration companies in San Diego.

Our Credentials
Our team is comprised of certified technicians with IICRC certifications in water, fire, and mold restoration. We have earned our EPA Lead Abatement designation (RRP) and Asbestos Abatement designation (ASB). We are also Goldmorr Master Technicians, and we have obtained preferred status with Amerind Risk, Farmers, and Capital Insurance Group. We have earned preferred vendor status with First Choice Repair & Contractor Connection, allowing us to collaborate with over 75 insurance carriers, including USAA.
