Additionally, we represent clients in matters before professional licensing boards, including the California and Nevada Medical, Dental, and Nursing Boards.

Our ski and recreation defense practice is unique, with experience in the handling of liability claims against ski areas, recreational equipment manufacturers, and other providers of recreational activities. We are able to respond to the needs of our ski and recreation clients in a timely and cost-efficient manner.

We also handle products liability cases involving automobiles, travel trailers, farm equipment, recreational and healthcare equipment, prescription and over-the-counter drugs, and home products. Our insurance litigation and bad faith liability practice involves general insurance law, representing insurance carriers in bad faith litigation, and providing coverage opinions for insurers on issues relating to defense and indemnity obligation under policies of insurance.
