The integration of Mastercam and Solidworks software ensures accurate programming for both prototyping and production runs.
Wire EDM Machining
Wire EDM services tackle intricate shapes and exotic materials that traditional machining cannot achieve. With two Agie 100 systems, we cut conductive materials using thin wire electrodes in submerged or un-submerged environments. This process achieves tight tolerances down to 0.00007874" with wire diameters as small as 0.004", ideal for precision tooling and aerospace components.
Inspection Services
Our Zeiss Contura CMM systems provide comprehensive dimensional analysis with 0.000025" accuracy across 27.5" x 39.4" x 23.6" measurement ranges. Using Calypso software, we generate detailed reports including GD&T analysis, statistical process control data, and IGES file conversions. Five additional production floor CMMs ensure 100% inspection capability for critical components.
Prototyping
