What's included in a family portrait session?
Two hours of photography coverage, professional posing guidance, family groupings, and a curated online gallery of images to select from.
Do you offer destination photography?
Yes, we travel for sessions both locally and internationally. Travel fees apply for locations beyond 50 miles from West Branch.
What payment options are available?
We accept credit cards through PayPal, checks, and cash. Payment plans with 50% deposit are available for all services.
What's your cancellation policy?
Sessions can be rescheduled or refunded with 48 hours notice. Retainers serve as cancellation fees if notice is less than 48 hours.
How long does it take to receive photos?
Digital galleries are delivered within 2-3 weeks, with print products typically arriving 4 weeks after ordering.
Can pets join photo sessions?
Pets are welcome when kept on leash or in crates. We recommend bringing a helper to manage animals during the session.
