• Powder Coating: Our coating is applied as a free-flowing dry powder, which is then electrostatically applied and cured under heat for long-lasting end products. We only use the highest quality materials from our network of suppliers and exercise quality control over all incoming products and materials.
• Phosphate Wash: Our five-stage power wash pretreatment system cleans and preps your job prior to powder coating. A clean part is crucial for perfect end products.
• Sandblasting & Burn Off Service: Professional sandblasting and burnoff services provide a clean substrate for coating. This is especially important for heavily soiled parts that may require additional cleaning such as corrosion.
• Batch Powder Coating Service: We offer batch services and can accommodate all parts large and small. Our high-capacity conveyor and batch systems allow us to handle a wide range of part sizes and quantities.
• Conveyor Applications: Our 1270 ft overhead conveyor line assists for small yet large volume powder coating services.
