Our Story

ArborCare Resources, Inc. was started in the Spring of 1997 with a simple goal: to provide the highest quality tree and shrub care to Wood River Valley residents through proper pruning practices, integrated pest and disease management, and employing an educated, professional staff. Today, our goals remain the same, and we're proud to continue on with the founding principles of ArborCare.

Our Services

We're committed to enhancing the health and beauty of your trees and shrubs. From pruning, removals, and pest & disease management to Plant Health Care programs, we'll keep your landscape thriving and looking its best. Our services include:

• Tree & Shrub Pruning: Periodic pruning helps address issues such as branch structure, crowding, infrastructure clearance, enhanced fruit production, and improves overall appearance and health.
• Tree & Shrub Removal: While tree & shrub preservation is a primary goal, removal is often necessary. Our ISA Certified Arborists are highly trained in industry-leading climbing techniques and large equipment operation to remove trees safely and efficiently while minimizing impact on the landscape.
• Stump Removal: Stumps are often removed to enhance a landscape's aesthetic or to prepare for replanting. The most efficient method of stump removal is with the use of a mechanized grinder which grinds the stump below soil grade to an appropriate depth based on the scope of the project.
• Integrated Pest Management: Our IPM strategy prioritizes minimizing environmental impacts in combination with gaining satisfactory control of pests & disease in your landscape.
• Plant Health Care Inspection Program (PHC): Our PHC programs are designed to monitor tree, shrub, and overall landscape health. They are proactive, effective & environmentally sensitive to managing insects, diseases, poor site conditions, or abiotic problems in your landscape.
